Booking terms
All spots on the Castelldefels Tapas Tour are paid in full at the time of booking. Payment confirms your place and the commitment of both parties.
100% payment upfront. As the tour runs with limited spots, an unpaid booking does not guarantee your place. The full amount is charged at the time of confirmation.
Cancellations by the guest
Refund conditions depend on how much notice you give before the tour starts:
To cancel your booking, email us at [email protected] with your full name and booking reference. Notice period is calculated from receipt of your email to the tour start time (19:00).
Date changes
You may request a date change at no extra cost, provided:
The request is received with at least 48 hours notice and availability exists on the new requested date.
Date changes are handled by email at [email protected]. Availability on specific dates is not guaranteed.
Exceptional circumstances
In duly justified exceptional circumstances — hospitalisation, serious accident or other force majeure events — we will assess each case individually and offer flexible solutions, which may include a free date change or a full refund at our discretion.
Please contact us as soon as possible and provide supporting documentation where available.
Cancellations by the organiser
In the exceptional event that we need to cancel the tour (minimum participants not reached, guide illness or other justified reasons), you will receive:
Option A: full refund of the amount paid within a maximum of 7 working days.
Option B: a free date change, subject to availability.
We will notify you with as much advance notice as possible by email and/or phone.
No-show
The meeting point is Castelldefels Playa Train Station or La Toja, with the tour starting at 19:00.
We will wait a maximum of 30 minutes for confirmed guests. After that time the tour will begin with those present and no refund will be issued for non-attendance.

Refund process
Approved refunds are processed via the same payment method used at booking (Stripe) within a maximum of 10 working days from approval.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. If you have not received the amount after that period, contact us at [email protected].
